B Stage Tapes and Fabrics

Vidflexipreg sheet is a B-Stage, semicured product impregnated with thermosetting Epoxy resin on both sides of non woven polyester fleece, nomex paper and glass fabrics and mat.

It is dry with good stiffness, tack free, good adhesion and fast curing characteristics. The resin shows excellent adhesion to metallic surfaces.

During VPI process the impregnating varnish penetrate quickly to the parts of the electrical machine which raise the quality and life of the coil.

Usage

Vidflexipreg is used for the insulation of rectangular wires or main wall insulation to coils of low voltage and high voltage of machines. It is also used to insulate the conductors for insulation of pole coils in DC motors and inter layer insulation in foil transformers.
